Thank you for shopping with us. We take care to prepare our mystery boxes with thoughtfully selected Italian products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or simply deciding that a product is no longer wanted.

This policy applies to all mystery boxes and individual products sold through our website.

Food, personal-care and hygiene products are final sale. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, unsealed or tampered-with food, cosmetics, skincare, body-care, grooming, bath, shower or other personal-hygiene products.

Please carefully review the product descriptions and order details before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund, replacement or other remedy, we will comply.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

● Clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging and affected product, where applicable.

Please retain the original packaging and affected items until we have reviewed your report.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

For food or personal-care products that appear damaged, contaminated, opened or unsafe, please do not consume or use them. Contact us promptly.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be submitted for fulfilment shortly after purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, preparation or shipment.

Where an order can be cancelled before fulfilment begins, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund in accordance with the law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our mystery boxes are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner.

United States: Standard shipping is currently offered at no additional charge.

Canada: Standard shipping is currently offered at no additional charge.

International destinations: An international shipping charge is currently displayed at checkout. The current listed charge is US$75 per item, subject to destination availability and any changes displayed at checkout.

Shipping availability, delivery estimates and charges may vary by destination, product contents, package size and carrier.

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries. Orders containing restricted products may need to be modified or cancelled where shipment is not permitted.

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available from the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs inspections, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges have been collected, the customer is responsible for applicable import charges.

If a product becomes unavailable, substitutions may be necessary. We will handle material substitutions in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
